Small business are suffering, does government help us?

Ester Bryand: With a lot of small businesses going out of business, it seems the government does not care and thus will not help. If, on the other hand, the business can support itself without the help of the government. that one will survive. No one wants to take a chance on a business that may or may not survive. That's just the way it is.
