Faites glisser la glissière vers le bas. Lorsque la vis de montage est desserrée, faites glisser le coulisseau du tiroir vers le bas et resserrez la vis.

Desserrer la vis de montage. Si la roue se soulève du rail à l’arrière du tiroir, il suffit de desserrer la vis de montage sur le rail ou le support de m! ontage.

Retirez le tiroir de l’armoire. Tirez le tiroir jusquâ€! ™Ã  ce qu’il s’arrête.

Fermez complètement le tiroir. Les quatre bords de la face du tiroir doivent toucher le cadre frontal (ou tous les pare-chocs de protection, le cas échéant).

Vérifier la présence de supports de guidage en plastique pliés. Certains patins sont fixés au bord intérieur du cadre frontal à l’aide d’une vis et montés dans un support en plastique qui est fixé à l’arrière intérieur de l’armoire.

Effectuez tous les petits réglages nécessaires pour aligner la roue d’appui. Si le coulisseau du tiroir se soulève de la roue d’appui sur le rail au niveau du cadre frontal, un petit réglage sera nécessaire.

Lynn Mctier: Its your decision- there are a lot of pros, but there are cons, too.It wasn't so hard to go vegan diet-wise- the two things I find challenging are getting a decent acne treatment thats vegan, and eating at friends houses (offer to bring your own food, and make sure you explain what vegan means (my friend thought it was same as lacto-ovo veg)). My omni family loves it.My dad is convinced I'm getting osteoporosis and anemia (Even though I make sure I get at LEAST 75% calcium every day), and my younger brother enjoys offering me chicken nuggets and sausage (happened 3 times already today... he thinks he's so amusing). So my family's still being slightly annoying. Some families are great about it, some meh, some outright forbid it.I went vegan for Lent (family's Christian), but then I fell off t! he wagon, but I continued eating mostly vegan. So the diet part wasn't too big a switch because of that.Its also hard learning how to substitute for eggs and dairy, but I cook a lot, so that probably only annoyed me for that reason. (I put 1 tbsp flaxseed and a pinch of constarch (binder), along with whatever amount of water seems right, for each egg. Soymilk usually works ok for milk; if you're making something that needs fat to hold it together, like truffles, coconut or almnd milk works better for me). You can go gradually, or you can go overnight, your choice. Everyone's different.Also, make sure you do your research on nutrition. You need a B12 supplement, or you can use nutritional yeast. Most of my calcium comes from fortified OJ and other fortified products (Calcium supplements were hard to find vegan, or even vegetarian; btw, tricalcium phosphate is vegan (rocks), but calcium carbonate can be either (rocks, shells, or pearls)). Annabell Bevier: I'm a vegan and ever since becoming one I have felt healthier, more energetic and better about myself. I went from a meat eater to a vegan overnight for ethical reasons. So y! es it was hard starting out.I did a lot of Research, made sure I was eating a balanced diet with plenty of protein and calcium. I would suggest you get a good vegan cook book and maybe a good vegan multi vitamin to take until you know what your body needs to stay healthy. Toshiko Reimers: my aunt's a vegan, and somehow she gets by fine. she says it's not that hard, but personally, i think it would be. the good thing about being a vegan, is that it's extremely healthy and you'll always stay thin (: the only thing i would suggest is to ask your doctor because you might not be getting all the vitamins & minerals you would need to stay healthy. unless you take a multi-vitamin every day, that would help too. good luckk !

I enjoyed eating the chickens and goats, too.My suggestion to you is to spend a month or so pulling recipes and putting together menus so you know what kind of impact the shopping and cooking will have on your life. Not to be overly dramatic, but grocery shopping and cooking take up more time than most people realize. It's good to plan ahead when you are making a change like this, and then you'll be prepared for it on a regular basis. For example: 1 month from today, you should have compiled 30 meals, found where to shop, compiled pricing lists (because even a small change can mean a BIG price difference), and researched nutrition. Researching the nutrition is SO important. NOT doing so is a mistake many people make when altering their diet, and results in malnutrition....Show more

Put simply, you ease the suffering of animals, you are not a burden around the necks of the starving third world countries, you are kinder to the environment. You do the world and all it's inhabitants a great favor. Then there's you, and provided you eat a balanced diet then there is nothing your body or tastebuds will want for. Except B12. You'll need supplements for that!Veganism over vegetarianism is saying no to animal cruelty, basically.Anyway, I strongly suggest you do your research and get reading. The China Study is excellent, Skinny ***** is excellent (the title was a ruse so people would read it...it's all about nutrition, focusing on vegan nutrition...has recipes and meal plans - fantastic!). Star Gollnick: Whey can be from something called animal rennet, which is actually enzymes (they are in about everything uncooked and needed for digestion) but animal rennet is actually obtained from cows, it is inside there fourth stomach, and yes, the cow must be dead to get it. whey is not ALWAYS from animal rennet however, it could be from micro or plant sources, if it says it is not vegetarian though, then it might be a mistake confusing vegan and vegetarian but most likely this whey comes from animal rennet.As a vegetarian myself I am sorry to! hear you cant drink it anymore, but I congratulate you in your working toward being a vegetarian!...Show more

Antone Youla: I love to drink hot chocolate soy milk! It is so very yummy. In the Christmas holiday time, a chocolate peppermint kind comes out that is killer. Some soy milks are vegan, so you wouldn't have to worry about all the yuck from other hot chocolates. Good luck!
