Soraya Coodey: just eating healthy and exercising generally.pills don't actually work, thos! e just take off like 10 x 3.2 -9 pounds!!! seriously! nothing changes with pills!!if you wanna lose weight quickly, go to a personal trainer, but that can be expensive. what i'm doing right now is being vegetarian. that way, i know what i'm eating and how much i'm eating per day. you gotta keep on the look when your on a diet. it's like driving a car, you wanna know how fast your going, where your going, and check your mirrors. once you get used to eating ONE serving (not 2) then it will be easier to lose weight. too much things to think about, but most importantly, watch the amt of food you take in...Show more

Benny Stehno: dieting has nothing to do with taking pills. A diet, in the general sense, is just what you eat. If you are trying to lose weight you just have to alter your diet so that you take in less calories. No pills needed.
